Wildthorne Soapery Shipping Policy

Every Wildthorne Soapery product is made with care and attention to detail. Because our goods are handcrafted in small batches, please allow a little extra time for your order to be prepared and packaged with care.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. During busy seasons, special promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship within the United States via UPS (or other reliable carriers). Delivery times vary by region, typically ranging from 3–7 business days once shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but missing, please reach out to the carrier first. We’re always happy to assist where we can, just email us at CustomerService@WildthorneSoapery.com.
